If you're a new parent as I was, buying this in a panic after getting tired of running bottles under hot water, or microwaving a bowl of water for the bottle to sit in, just know, This warms bottles perfectly! HOWEVER: It creates work. You must fill that little measurement vial every time. Not a big deal at first, but god try filling that up bleary eyed at 10pm, 1am, 4am and then 7am. PARENTS: it does not need to be this hard. Yes it's cheap, but you deserve better. I gave this unit to grandma for visits. We now love the Kiinde warm water bath because it heats evenly, doesn't require 'per use' refills delicately measured and has a timer. But it's more like $50 (but worth it). We also have a Munchkin digital bottle warmer for the baby room. Like this unit, it heats with steam, which isn't as even, but I really like that unit as well and I think it's closer in price. There is a reservoir that holds at least a day's worth of bottle warming and a simple digital timer with a gentle beeping to let you know it's done. Hoping this helps you avoid some of the miserable bottle warming experiences I had.
