I’ve been a happy Harmony Hub user for years. Today, Harmony decided to remove local control (i.e., an interface designed for home automation platforms to control the Hub locally) for “security reasons” and is now stonewalling it’s many loyal users by forcing them to only access the Hub via Harmony’s cloud. Because of that, they get a 1 Star and a guarantee that unless the problem is rectified, I will never purchase a Harmony device again – I will not support a company that reduces choice and true security by forcing me to rely on their cloud to control my TV.
