I liked this bag until it tore at the seam-- and then later, when I'd sewed it shut and put in checked luggage, it came back to me with the side totally split open. This bag is VERY POORLY MADE and will fall apart literally at the seams. The warranty team at Kenneth Cole is unresponsive to my claims for over a month. As you can see from the photos, the zipper to the main compartment has torn , leaving the zipper and thus the bag unusable. I didn't over stuff it, this is a result of faulty design. If the company were to actually honor its warranty and replace the bag with a functional one, I'd be less critical. I'd like to raise a formal complaint with Amazon, where I purchased this item, for selling products that do not honor or respond to their warranty claims.
