I don't believe this is 6Ah.
The positive I can say is that it does fit! This is advertised as 6Ah but it's no bigger/heavier than the Ryobi original 4Ah. I have no way to measure the actual capacity but subjectively, it doesn't seem to run any longer than the Ryobi 4Ah and maybe shorter (I have not properly tested) so this isn't absolutely proven but I don't reckon this is 6Ah....
