Before buying this several people responded to my question about the size of this brush, stating it was a full sized head. It is not. I also asked if it was a soft or medium, at least one person stated medium. It is not. The head that ships with this model is the size of a child's toothbrush head. Measuring 1" long but only 3/8" wide and it is way too soft. You might as well use a feather to brush your teeth. If I can attached pictures I will, but as a comparison my old Sonic toothbrush (which I can no longer find) and most full sized brushes measure at 1" long x 1/2" wide.
