As you can see from the first photo, the top filter is the old, filthy, real filter i was hoping to replace. The bottom filter came to me built with what appears to be hot glue. Even the pleats in the filter fabric are not the same spacing and do not flex at all in the mannor the real filter does. The corners are crushed / dented. The lettering for "air flow" is not even close to being the same. I put this into my winex air filter and immediatly all i could smell was akin to some industrial chemical scent. I can assure you this filter is not a genuine WINIX product. RIPOFF. I will be expecting Amazon and this third party vendor to explain this and refund my purchase. Horrible product do not buy this. What i dont understand is that i previously puchased the old filter kit from the same vendor and it worked wonderfully. Why change it up to this fraudulent item now?
