KNOCK-OFF. buyer beware. This is not the official product. I bought two of them because i own one already and love it and i wanted them for all our bedrooms. These are totally different than the one i own. These rattle and are poorly made; literally sounds like it's going to fall apart. I returned them immediately. I bought two from the manufacturers website and got the real ones and they sound great. Now perhaps these are the "new" model but i can't imagine why amazon would have the new one and the actual manufacturer would sell me the old one. If that's the case then find the old ones! You can tell them apart as follows: GOOD/OLD/REAL: white and grey box, foam circle on bottom of machine BAD/NEW/FAKE: black box, 4 rubber feet on bottom
