In our family, we already have four rollators for two people which are used on a daily basis. So we are very familiar with rollators as walking aids. When we saw this one we thought what a great idea and ordered immediately. Today was the first day we used it -- to go from car up a slight and smooth handicap curb into doctor's office. What a nightmare. Not only was it hard to push and steer (occupant only weighs 120 pds.) but it became unstable going over regular, slight and smooth indoor thresholds which commercial buildings have in doorways. Even the experienced medical staff at the doctor's office who tried to help could not. I think this product is hard to use at best and dangerous at worst. Even if we cannot return it for a refund we will scrap it rather than take the chance of an accident caused by its difficulty of use and lack of stability.Drive Medical Duet Transport Chair/Rollator, Burgundy
