Device behaves erratically. No way to know if it's on or off. No way to know if it's charged or when it needs charging, It goes on or off without any apparent reason... Beautiful design so, if it's for decoration only it's ok. If it's for any practical use: a waste of money. Update: 9-10-19: Contacted simplehuman support. Got instructions to reset. Did it. No dice. Now it's completely dead.... after just an occasional use for 4 months.. I'm hopping for a replacement or at least a repair....
