We have a defective blue cartridge. The other cartridges seem to work just fine so far. The company really needs to include instructions. If I had not dealt with refilled cartridges from another company that DID include instructions I would have had ruined my clothes and my printer with ink sprayed all over. To other consumers: Be aware that refilled cartridges are filled to max capacity and therefore have a build up of excess pressure. The directions that I received from another company told me to use gloves and open the cartridges over a sink. They warned that the ink was under pressure and would drip or spray. You need to let the cartridges depressurize after opening for a few minutes before you install them in the printer. Also, just be sure that they have stopped dripping before you put them in the printer. These Valuetoner cartridges actually did drip for a while, I had to let them sit for about 30 minutes this time. These instructions should have been included with the product.
