About 3 years ago, I purchased a TCL Roku TV at Target. When we got it home, and unpacked it, the screen was "cracked", like a spider web with lines all over the screen. Thinking that surely TCL must have resolved their packaging issues by now, I decided I'd give them another chance and ordered this unit through Amazon. This time, there were no visible "cracks" when I unboxed the TV, but when I plugged it in, I was again met with a black screen, and spider web type cracks all over the screen. I think what is most annoying about this purchase is that again, I spent hours moving the old TV, getting it set up in another room; unpacking the new TV and getting it all ready and in place to power it up, only to be met with yet another broken TV that I now have to box up, and send back. What a waste of an afternoon! I will never order a TCL TV again.
