The frame tracks on this product were assembled upside down so that the product is not usable!! It cannot slide within the track because the tabs are in the way. Also I tried to take it apart to reassemble it the correct way but the bolts were put on so tightly that it bent the frame in and won't come off even with an impact wrench! I was looking froward to using it but now it has been just frustration and Total Gym will not replace the product. I live in Alaska so shipping this big hunk of metal back will be hard to do.
