Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I decided to risk this purchase based on good reviews. Bad move. All the one star reviews pretty much give you a clear picture. It's just bad quality control from the manufacturer. Oh, this freezer arrived looking great, not a ding or scratch anywhere. 30 minutes after plugging it in the side of the cabinet was so hot it literally burned my hand to touch it. That was after letting it sit, all as instructed. I unplugged it and tried again the next morning. Within a very few minutes the side of the cabinet was getting too warm to touch again. I was truly afraid the thing was going to catch fire! My son helped get it boxed back up and UPS picked it up just fine. At least that went well but what a hassle. THEN Amazon didn't refund back to my credit card but some kind of gift card refund which is lost. Do NOT buy this freezer. It is just junk from China. Don't put yourself through this kind of aggravation.
