Bought from Synergy Smart Phones. It was packaged loosely, dirty and with a scratched screen. All accessories are cheap third party or missing completely. Usually would be fine, seeing as it is renewed. Went through the entire set up process, put my SIM card in what SHOULD have been an unlocked phone, and see that it's locked to verizon. So now I have to return the phone, and the case/screen protectors/ ECT. Very unhappy, currently starting the refund "process" with Amazon.
