For those of you who may not know, newer electronic scales like this tend to remember your weight so if you're in the general range of where you are it just shows you the same thing. So, it's imprecise. You can work around this by taking the batteries in and out between every time you weigh yourself but it is more work that it should be. I don't know why companies thing this is something customers want. I know that weight tends to fluctuate in a day, but if you're trying to lose weight it can be really frustrating. This also means that the medical slider scale I use at work sometimes shows up to a 6 pound difference in my weight. Will probably return this.
