Worked perfectly for 26 days. Cleaned the filter per manufacturer's instructions... stopped working completely. Spent 1 hour on phone with Dyson Customer Service to arrange exchange, now have to go to UPS store ship old unit back, then call Customer Care back (probably another hour) to provide Dyson with proof of shipping before they will send me a replacement unit. Krystal, the Customer Service Representative was unpleasant and inept. She kept putting me on hold instead of addressing my concerns or taking any ownership of the problem. She was unable to get a supervisor to discuss, I'm guessing because they were overwhelmed with people unsatisfied with their overpriced junk.
