After owning the Vivovit 1, 2 and 3, I came to the conclusion, this is a disposable watch/activity band, the 3 iterations of this device that I've owned had died from the same cause, dead screen leds. The Vivofit 1, lasted me around 1.5 years, I replaced the battery because the screen leds started to fade away, but after changing the battery, everything got worse, so I bought the Vivofit 2, I thought, well it's the Vivofit 2, may be they had that issue resolved... a year later, same thing, dead screen leds. Then my wife got the me Vivofit 3, I was very exited, because the screen was different, so I thought, well this time it can't go wrong...LESS than a year later...guess what!? Dead screen leds. I've owned 3 different versions of the Vivifit, each of them has died for the exact same reason, what does it tells me? This whatch/activity tracker is made to be disposable after a year... very bad for Garmin.
