I knew there would be changes to the story line going into this series to adapt for tv, but really... *****SPOILERS BELLOW***** Lan shows emotion... completely understandable Rand and Egwene have sex in the common room of her parents inn... sex sells on tv, fine Perrin killing his wife... less fine, but okay whatever she is gone in the first episode Women candidates for the Dragon Reborn... ugghh fine be 'woke' or whatever Moraine and Siuan Sanche are a lesbian couple... NO The book never explicitly stated there was anything sexual in their relationship. I did more research online and found in 2005 Robert Jordan did a blog post heavily implying "pillow friends" included sexual relations as novices. Why did they have to deep dive into a completely unnecessary LGBT element, that will hinder the plot further down the line (both women have important relationships with men). If they needed LGBT content why not some Red sisters like Liandrin and Elaida. I am deeply disappointed in this series and will not continue watching it. I was unhappy with the adult content they included. It ruins a potentially wonderful family friendly show. I can only imagine what nonsense they will get into when the Aiel's sense of modesty comes into play. But hey if all you're watching this show for is action, nudity, and sex have fun.
