I had my doubts about this product but if it worked it was certainly a better option than having to put on and take off clips. Unless you are a magician, it takes two folks to put it on the mattress. Then, after sleeping with the band on for just a couple of days, the mattress cover was totally loose and clumped atop the mattress. Yes, it was an appropriately sized mattress cover. While the elastic may have held the corners and short ends, the side material was free to go wherever it wanted. This band may be stretchy enuf to be tight around a king mattress, but definitely does not work on a queen.
