Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I, unlike almost every other review on here, paid full price for this, and DID NOT receive it free to review. After reading all the "5 star" reviews decided to purchase this to cut down my trips to the dry cleaner. It arrived today and I was excited to try it out on one of my suits. After following the directions and assembling it (plastic is very chintzy, and the water tank is molded two piece plastic), I turned it on and let it heat up. Right away I noticed that the steam coming out was in inconsistent bursts, not a steady stream like it should be. In addition to that it spit water on my suit and made water stains WITHOUT removing any wrinkles (See Pictures). I STRONGLY suggest you do not purchase this item, as it does not function at a fraction of how it should. This is being sent back to Amazon today for a refund. And now I need to take my suit to the dry cleaner to get out the stains it made.
