Folks, be careful with this product. I purchased this product due to a coworker suggesting we try it out. Sure why not, reviews look good. After about a month consuming this product, I began to have trouble with my kidneys--they felt heavy and sore when I went to bed--tossing and turning to shift the discomfort. My coworker began to complain of his back hurting--in ways that it had never done so before. I explained to him that I was fine before taking this product and that the only thing I was doing different now was consuming this product--Herbalife. We did a quick web search and found many other people complaining of adverse effects. Suffice to say we immediately stopped consuming this product. After 2 months, my kidneys are still in bad shape. Never again will I buy a product just because it has high reviews, it pays to do your research--believe me, I've learned the hard way!
