I have regularly ordered this product since discovering it around the beginning of this year. I think its delicious,have regularly recommended it to family and friends curious about keto, and I've experienced none of the delivery problems cited here. Today, however, I opened by first bar from my most recent order and the bar was broken (no big deal), but held together by some kind of plastic-y fuzz (a big gross deal) that is definitely not naturally occurring or part of the ingredients list. I can't begin to guess how it got there, but I am unhappy about this development, especially because this product is expensive. I decided to write this review after seeing two other reviews that warn of a foreign object in the chocolate. I hope they can do better because foreign objects such as my experience and the others listed here could result in a huge liability problem for them in the future should someone be injured. I hope they can fix this.
