This has been my most disturbing dealing on Amazon. Avoid! Avoid! The dehumidifier broke down shortly after a month -thus negating the return window. I had registered the product prior for 1 year warranty. The company takes over 24 hours to respond to email. After a couple of days emailing back and forth for a tech solution with a “Lilly” from Kesnos, they asked that I ship the unit from my east coast location to California. Lilly then sent me the following email where they would send me a replacement unit (with free shipping) IF I write a review that “Kesnos’s Leader” would approve of. I AM NOT INTO BEING EXTORTED! I immediately reached out to Amazon who read Lily’s emails and decided to refund me. This has put me off drastically from buying electronic products via Amazon Marketplace via 3rd party companies.
