In a word, "don't"
These really aren't worth anything. As a bluetooth headset, they're inferior to most that you can get for $40. As hearing protection, they're a complete dud. As amplification / hearing enhancement they have unforgivable noise. In short, they're junk. Even if you could get them to seal and provide reasonable hearing protection, they would still not be as good as rolled-foam, or earmuffs. There's a great deal of "hiss" from the amplifier, so it's definitely about the cheapest 80's tech you can buy. I couldn't get a good seal, could only get them to pair with one of three devices I tried, and can find no justification for keeping them, and I tried, because they were a gift. In short, these suck. Don't.
