I bought this item mostly for the batteries. The batteries are labeled 9900 mAh, but best you could expect for this type of battery is about 3500 mAh - 3600 mAh. I selected one battery to test and charge / discharge cycled it several times before testing. Tested with both an AccuPower IQ338XL and an Opus BT - C3100. Results over several testing cycles were in the range 1050 mAH - 1190 mAH. Had it been over 3000 mAh, I would have ignored the bogus labeling and kept them. I sent them back.
