Started out fairly comfortable, equal to the $12 memory foam pillow of the exact dimensions I had previously. I've been using it for 3. 5 months and my neck has been hurting for 2-3 weeks due to the pillow losing loft of what I'd guess to be 30-40%. If this were a $12 pillow, I would just replace it, but for this price I'm severely disappointed and not sleeping well. This is about the same amount of time my $12 pillow lasted. Time to look for a truly high quality pillow as this just isn't it. - Edited 8/16 after attempting to contact the seller/company of the pillow and reduced review to 1 star. The pillow didn't last, it's actually worse off than the aforementioned $12 store bought pillow of the same type that I used twice as long. It's going into the trash, I wouldn't recommend buying this pillow AT ALL! For a pillow of this price...... absolutely NOT worth it!
