After using the product for less than 3 months my first charger started to overheat when the phone was removed. Yes, that's night, so hot that it left slightly white/gray marks on my nightstand's glossy varnish. When I contacted Samsung support, all seemed fine and they were very apologetic. After I shipped the product to them, they kept requesting Proof of Purchase (which had been included with the returned product). I emailed Proof of Purchase several times, and now after ~3 months they canceled my RMA saying they had never received Proof of Purchase. Button line, you should only buy this is you want it to burn down your house.
