I took a chance on this one even though many reviews raised a red flag. The mattress is lumpy, thin, and uncomfortable. The name of the product is misleading as well as the description of the makeup of the mattress. There are NOT two pieces of foam as shown in crosscut image and described in the "The Serta Chestnut contains the following:" The Product Description at the bottom contradicts the image and states "...high quality foam and cotton futon with 1, 2" foam core and 1, 2" Storm, Wolf's bonded fiber pad, surrounded by layers of Wolf's cotton blend. It is 8" thick..." Here it says one piece of foam, which is accurate, but it's not 2", it's 1 1/2" (after 48 hours of being unpacked). There is not a 2" fiber pad, but two 1" pads, and it's not 8" thick, but only 6 1/2" thick. Disappointing! To make things worse, and even more confusing, the tag on the bed that describes the insides contradicts everything again!!! It says 1.5" pad, 2" foam, 1.5" pad. That is the most accurate description (even though the foam is still NOT 2" and the pads are only 1"!). I was looking for the double sided foam, the one shown in the crosscut image. That is NOT what this is! This mattress will be going back. Very misleading advertising!
