Beware - Panasonic won't honor the warranty. I purchased the Arc5 Razor and Charging/cleaning station combo in November 2016. The product has two years of warranty. Was very happy with the razor, until the cleaning station broke in March 2018. Sent the station for repairs to Panasonic warranty repair center in TX. The station was returned with the verdict " Out of warranty; obsolete model". Followed up with a representative and was offered to have the unit replaced at full retail price. The company continues to state that the model is obsolete, hence out of warranty. Yet it is being sold here and on the Panasonic website. Conclusion: a good razor as long as it works. If something goes wrong you are on your own.
