Feature wise it's a 5 star, but it's not reliable
Pretty much a perfect score as far as features go. Unfortunately, it just can't be trusted. It just turns itself off during the cook cycle sometimes. Not all the time, but enough to make it so you can't trust it. Seems to be a somewhat common complaint with the unit.
