This is fully a piece of garbage. It is paper thin, though the seller lists and continues to tell me it's commercial grade. Commercial grade means: is heavy duty, thick, could last a few years, not easily torn open, can handle wind and weather and would work for a commercial canopy! This is easily torn with a pencil: just poke a pencil in the top and rip it fully down. It can be torn with a finger nail. The seller is a jerk: he argues with Amazon it is commercial grade. If you buy it, you have to deal with his policies. First, you pay for the return, $15. Then, if the bag is not open, you pay a restock fee of 15%. But, if the bag is open, you get nothing and paid for the item and shipping. That makes a loss of $70! I've argued with Amazon and tried to explain what a commercial grade side really is. This item would last ONE family backyard use. It would not last for sport events, clubs, or as a commercial side! Run, flee, this seller is out to take advantage of you with a piece of junk that is worthless.
