Yet again, another great product ruined by having it made in China..... This is the second pair of Acorns that I have ordered. The first pair was made in the USA. They have lasted many years and finally have a hole in the knitting. So I ordered another pair to replace them. What a disappointment. The size of the foot is the same as my existing pair. However, when I try to put them on the knitted part is so small and tight that I can't even get the sock up to my heel. I think I could force it up but I am afraid it would either tear the knitting or it would be so tight it would be uncomfortable. I think I could go up to the next size but then the foot would be over sized. The leather sole is a lot thinner when I compared it to my existing pair.
