Ordered Voyage around 4 days ago and I was so excited to get my hands on the device. However, when I received the kindle voyage, the top 1/3 of the screen was slightly yellow. This may not affect others but for me it bothered me to the point where I had to return the device. Update** Received the second device and it was the same as the first device... I thought they fixed the issue? for $200, this device should not have any of these lighting issues. Ridiculous. Update 6/23/2016 After purchasing and returning Kindle Oasis (it was uncomfortable switching and battery life was terrible without the cover) I decided to give Voyage another try. However, Like the ones I ordered when It first came out it had yellow tinted screen on top of the screen (about 1/4 or a little more). I am extremely unsatisfied with this product. And this device came later than the guaranteed delivery date. Didn't even bother to contact Amazon at this point. Just printed return label and returned it the same day I received it. Update** Returned the second Voyage and I am waiting for the third voyage. I hope this one doesn't have any issues, or I'm going to return it and wait for the next gen. AMAZON for $200 TWO TONED LIGHTING ISSUE IS UNACCEPTABLE. The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because of their customer service. I will update as soon as I get my third kindle. UPDATE ** Unfortunately, 3rd voyage was the same as other ones. Another issue for this kindle was that it was refurbished. The representative clearly said that I would receive a brand new Kindle but I got a Refurbished unit. $200 device with even the slightest color change is unacceptable. I returned the device the same day I received the device. The only good thing about this purchase was the customer service. 5 Starts to customer service (thanks to Mora, Kindle customer service representative). Will not purchase any more kindle voyage and I am eagerly waiting for my refund. 1 Star for the product (Yellowish screen which does not match with the $200 price) 5 Star for Amazon (Will still be loyal amazon customer, I am putting my hopes for the Kindle Voyage 2)
