The concept is good, the execution is horrible and frustrating. I have finally had enough that I will not renew the service after it expires. I have been patient with it for about 6 months now, but no more. The most recent update has made it useless on Amazon Fire TV. I have a strong connection (~190 Mbps down) and the application still buffers for long periods of time, freezes up, freezes after commercials, authorization errors, something went wrong errors, app crashes or requires a manual stop and restart of the app through the Fire TV settings. If you even think about using this service during busy times, good luck as it is unreliable at best during non-peak hours, but during peak hours it is reliably unavailable or in a perpetual state of buffering or errors. One of the worst executions ever for an on-demand service. No customer support either.
