This review is not about the GoPro camera itself but about Amazon's deceitful selling practices. I bought the GoPro thru Amazon as a Christmas gift. After several hours of trying to get the Wifi to sync with the GoPro iPhone app, I called GoPro customer service. The rep told me that the Wifi settings and password had been changed from the default settings so the camera must have been previously owned. I was beyond furious. Amazon sold me a used camera!! I then tested the camera and it was defective (i.e. video would skip) and I also noticed several components missing from the box. I called Amazon Customer Support and asked to speak to a supervisor. After 20+ minutes of being on hold and several times being told I was being transferred , the rep finally said a supervisor would call me back. Im still waiting for the call. I am of course returning the camera but Amazon is NOT the organization I thought they were. Shame on you Amazon
