App won't load anymore
The app recently stopped working on my Kindle. I've spent over an hour chatting with 5 different Kindle and Amazon support representatives who were all very pleasant, but not one was able to offer a resolution. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my Kindle to factory settings and reset my Netflix password. None of which has worked.
