I purchased this item for shoulder problems I've been having. I read and followed the directions as instructed. It felt great. On the fifth time I heated it, what a surprise I received. Tiny clay balls and seeds spilled out all over. For thirty dollars I certainly was expecting it for along time. It did not and I'm sending it back. Thank you Amazon for making the process of returning so easy.
