Does the software work? Yes, it does. However, there are major compatibility issues with Microsoft Office that Nuance won't tell you about until after you spend $300. In a nutshell, you cannot use Dragon 15.0 with anything other than Office 2016. I use Dragon to dictate legal documents in Word 2003. Inevitably, after approximately 20 minutes, Word will stop responding, lock up and I'll loose the majority of the work I've done. Moreover, the autosave features in Word are severely limited when Dragon is running, so you're basically screwed. This happens with clockwork regularity, and the only solution Dragon Technical support offered me was to spend another $300 for Office 2016. These compatibility issues need to be communicated right up front before you make the significant investment in Nuance software. From my standpoint, this is unacceptable.
