Steer clear if you have flat feet.
The big secret about these is, they want everyone to have a high prominent arch. If you're unfortunate enough to be flat-footed, these will attempt to create one for you at the cost of your own comfort. I just spent ten minutes on my feet continuously and it feels like somebody put a piece of steel cross-wise of my feet thanks to a stiffener that's added to "support" the arch I don't have. If you can step on a small foreign car with heel on one side and toe on the other side and the roof not touching your arch, you'll love these. If, however, you have flat feet or fallen arches, opt for a more comfortable alternative; nail a couple of planks on the bottom of your foot with 16d nails, or just embed caltrops into your feet, or just take off shoes and socks and stomp on Lego builds to bury the bricks in your feet. I give 5 stars for support solely because they'd be awesome if I had the kind of arch they presume I have (what sort of anomaly weighs 200lb+ with high arches???) but everything else I ranked as worse than crap because they made my feet hurt worse than the absolute cheapest foam insoles amazon sells. When I can pay $12 for a 3-pack of nameless cheap foam, it's disappointing to pay $13 for 1 pair of Dr. Scholl's that sucks 4x more. If you have flat feet, steer clear of these; go get the cheapest yellow foam insoles amazon sells in a three-pack. You'll still be really uncomfortable, but you won't be uncomfortable because you bought the "HEAVY DUTY SUPPORT" insoles.
