Originally rated at 4 stars. I really like how my hair feels when I use this iron and like the fact that there is a "fragile" setting and originally rated this 4 stars when I first got it. But I said I at the time that I found the controls difficult. After using this for a few months, I have still not been able to stop the iron from changing settings in mid-session. The controls are on top of the iron and the pressure of my hand causes the temperature to change frequently. Additionally, it is difficult to unlock to readjust it. I was spending more time trying to work the controls than I was on my hair. I finally gave up and ordered a different brand.
