I bought this for my elderly parents because it said it was easy to hookup, I took it over and spent almost two hours to get it to work, kept getting an error message when installing the drivers. And of course my moms iPad was an older gen and couldn’t download the app. Finally gave up for the day, said I’d try another day as I did see that there was a hookup for a printer cable (not included) went back today with a printer cable and then could finally see it listed and could print. The instructions were totally useless.
