I have been purchasing Nordic Naturals Omega Naturals for many months. I have always been very happy with my purchase. In the past, I have ordered the 60 and 90 count. They always arrived in perfect condition. This time I ordered the 180 count. Instead of getting 180 individual pills, I received 1 large pill consisting of 180 little pills. I couldn’t even get it out of the bottle. So, I called Amazon. As usual, their wonderful customer service people were great to deal with and immediately sent me another shipment. Well, guess what, they were so melted together, I again couldn’t get them out of the container. However this time I stuck my fingers in the container and tried to pull them apart. I then banged the container on the counter trying to dislodge them. Finally, after almost 10 minutes, I got them out of the container. Most of the capsules were broken and still some of them were stuck to other pills. I truly believe that the larger quantity of these capsules sits in the warehouse for a longer period of time because most people order the 60 and 90 count bottles and the heat in the warehouse melts the capsules together.
