I’m surprised by all the positive comments here. I consider myself to be a pretty good home cook but this bread maker has me stumped! Every single loaf has come out a disaster! They mostly sink in the middle and I’m so surprised because I’m using the recipes the machine came with. The one that didn’t was so airy isn’t the middle it couldn’t be used for sandwich bread. I’ve made 10 items and all have been failure. I made the booklet’s recipe for cinnamon rolls and the dough was soup! I couldn’t even understand how that was possible! I retraced my steps and each one was correct. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but this might be an item I return
