MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. The shoulders for a 3X are for a size Medium or maybe a small Large. Why do these manufacturers refuse to respect international sizing standards? Why does Amazon not require these size standards me used by all suppliers? This is the type of experience that ruins Amazon's reputation. What a joke!
