Revived item promptly. Cosmetically the item looked great. However the issue was that the item has no warranty from Microsoft. As the add states. The item is supposed to have a 90 day manufacturers warranty which is not the case. Also, it is not certified refurbished, according to Microsoft reps, this retailer is not certified by them and they don't have record of the device being refurbished. In my case the windows activation key was not working which turns out is a big deal and involves hardware repairs. So again, I believe the add to be really misleading. Be aware. When I contacted the seller, all they said was to return it to Amazon for a refund. They did not even offer to exchange. All I wanted was a working, as described tablet. Oh well.
