I love these curlers, but hate the quality decline since my first set. I have owned 2 sets, the first 1 set lasted many, many years and was great. I have long hair and the big curlers are perfect for me. Its hard to find a set with big curlers. So in September 2016 when it was time to replace I was thrilled to find they still made these curlers. However my first dissapointment was when the set I received did not have an on/off switch. major pain since my plug was behind my dressing table but I made do. Now today exactly one year later the curlers became extremely hot, i couldnt even hold in my hand. I smelled a melting odor and then the light went off and they no longer work. Very dissapointment as I now am in a quandary on what to purchase next.
