So, I really really wanted to love this tunic. I had ordered a few that were of a similar style that were being sold by Popano. This one had the same fabrication and the same types of comments in the reviews, plus, they had more attractive prints (in my opinion), so I thought I'd give it a shot. When it arrived, I loved it. The fit was pretty awesome. I ordered my regular size & found that it was snug through the bust and flared out through the waist and hips. The sleeves were a smidge long and just tight enough to not be a lot of excess fabric under a coat but was not so tight that the underarm flap was glaringly obvious. I'm 5'1" and the XL came to around mid thigh. After I washed it in delicate/cold and hung it to dry, it shrunk a a bit. The sleeves became the perfect length on me (keep in mind that I am only 5'1", so just right in the sleeves on me would be too short on the bulk of the population), and the entire garment was noticeably a bit tighter. This didn't bother me, since I had a bit of room to work with. I still loved it. About a month later, I washed it again. This time, I hand washed in cold and hung it to dry. I didn't want to risk it shrinking any more from the agitation of the machine's delicate cycle. This morning, I put it on & it barely covered my butt (screech!!)! And I noticed that there was quite a bit of pilling around the front neckline and at the hem. Granted, this wasn't the most expensive top, but I still expected it to last more than 2 washes. I do expect rayon to pill a bit, especially under the arms where there is a lot of rubbing, not at the neckline and hemline. Now, it is too short to wear with leggings (again, I am only 5'1"!!!), the sleeves are actually tight and are short enough that they are above my wrists, and the fabric looks really cheap. Of course, I can't return this now, cuz it has been washed. :( This is so going in the trash, and I am so making sure that I don't buy from this brand in the future.
