Great potential. I love the tiny form factor and the overall design of this dual output charger. It worked absolutely perfectly for 2 days. Then it died. I noticed an intermitent buzzing from my iPhone 8plus and thought I was getting a slew of notifications. Upon unlocking my phone I realized that it was going in and out of charging mode. I unplugged it a few times and then tried different outlets all with the same result. The charger is now completely useless and won't charge any device. There is a faint metallic smell coming from the USB ports. My guess is that something internal went haywire. I bought 2 of the dual packs. Only 1 has died (so far). I'll update my review as I travel with and use the other 3. Anker is usually really solid, this is really surprising coming from them. Update: 9-29 Anita at Anker Customer Service has been working hard to resolve my issue. She is sending me a replacement unit to try out. Faulty product aside, I'm very happy with the service level and quick communication.
