First, I love the Zoku pop maker. I want to love it. We make popsicles with all kinds of things--coconut milk, applesauce, tea with ginger. I have never had a problem with the actual mechanism. We get our pops out of the maker with no problem. The problem is the maker leaks the liquid filling it. I am on my THIRD Zoku pop maker. The first one leaked a puddle of blue liquid in my freezer. The second one leaked a frozen river of blue down its side. The third is just beginning to leak with little crystals along all the seams. Zoku has very nice customer service. They have happily replaced this maker twice. But if I can't get a good one out of three, I think that something is wrong. There is something wrong with the design or something wrong with their quality control. How many pop makers are going to go into the landfill before I can get one that doesn't leak? In case you're wondering, I've never dropped any of the makers and have only used it according to the directions, washed by hand, etc. Honestly, I'm just really disappointed because I love the concept and if it didn't leak crap everywhere, it would be awesome.
