Works as promised although the AC plug placement gets to be a little frustrating depending on the socket it can block off the other outlet. Also, the plug sometimes will not form a tight connection and will unplug easily. Not a deal breaker but this is certainly not a product I 'love'. It's okay and works as advertised. Edit 12/8/15 1 star for business practice and overall product. The company, unprompted, contacted me through several emails shortly after posting this review asking if I could change my rating to a more superior review-- for no fact other than they didn't like the rating I gave. Specifically, "However,as you left a 3 star review on Amazon,it affect us so much.I wonder if you can help remove or update it for us?". If all of us *removed* our reviews whenever a company didn't like here would be no credibility to the review process.
